Witold Kabański, Ph.D. was born on 5 June 1958 in Warsaw. He is an advocate and a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. Witold Kabański, Ph.D. earned a master's degree in law in 1985 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, completed his professional training in 1986-1990, and stared his independent practice in 1991. He commenced Ph.D. in 2011 at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. He has published in the following professional journals: Przegląd Politologiczny, Samorząd Terytorialny, Krakowskie Studia Małopolskie – Uniwersytet Jagielloński, Cywilizacja i Polityka – Uniwersytet Gdański. He was an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. For many years he has also been a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Warsaw and in 2016 - 2021 he was the President of this Court. From March 2021 he is a judge of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the Bar. Witold Kabański, Ph.D. specialises mainly in criminal law as well as commercial and civil law. His research interests focus criminal law, procedural law, constitutional law and political science. Conducts lessons for trainee lawyers - is a lecturer at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

From September 2021 he’s a member of the Council of Bar and Law Societies of Europe in Brussels. Witold Kabański, Ph.D. offers his services in Polish and English.
